Registration fees: Medic online is free for physicians holding an Israeli medical license and for subscribers to the printed version of Medic. Anyone else (including veterinarians and dentists) can purchase access to Medic on-line for NIS 250 for 12 months. This includes two printed copies of Medic, one upon receipt of payment and one six months later. If you would like to register as a paying subscriber to Medic online, please print out this form fill it in and fax it to us on 09-9507604 , or contact us by e-mail (editor@medic.co.il) or by telephone 09-9581960 .
Please complete the following form, choosing your own username and password. You will receive a confirmation notice by email after receipt of payment (for paying subscribers) or after your medical license number is confirmed (for licensed Israeli physicians). This process may take several days.
